Sue began her academic journey studying Neuroscience at Dalhousie University before graduating with honours from the Opticianry Program at Seneca College and earning certification as a Registered Refracting Optician. She specializes in troubleshooting progressive lens adaptation and complex prescriptions, blending scientific insight with a strong eye for fashion. Sue is learning Spanish and speaks some French and Cantonese. Outside of work, she enjoys interior decorating, website design, ballroom/Latin dancing and life with her husband and three cats.

Dr. Angela Fu graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry's International Optometric Bridging Program and has practiced in Ontario since 2012, with board certification to treat and manage ocular disease. She also holds a Master's degree in Ophthalmology from Fudan University, Shanghai Medical School, with internship and specialty training in pediatric eye care. Providing care since 2004, Dr. Fu specializes in refractive assessment, glasses and contact lenses, myopia control, diagnosis, and co-management.

Disha moved to Canada four years ago and studied computer science before unexpectedly discovering her passion for eyewear. After responding to a job opportunity at Illusion, she quickly fell in love with the blend of fashion, vision, and personal connection the field offers. As a frame stylist, she helps clients find their best look and clear vision. Outside of work, Disha enjoys reading, watching movies, and riding her scooter around the city in summer.

As someone who has long relied on glasses, Rina has developed a keen sense for what looks good in eyewear and how the right frames can elevate personal style. She pairs that instinct with a love of fashion to help clients feel confident and comfortable. Known for her sense of humor and infectious energy, Rina builds quick, lasting rapport with customers. Deeply family-oriented, she also loves cooking and sharing meals with loved ones.

Meet five-year-old Stormie, four-year-old Smudgie, and the newest addition, one-and-a-half-year-old Seamus—also known as Big Baby. Together, they're three Scottish Folds with wildly different personalities and plenty of character. Stormie, the resident celebrity, has nearly 5,400 Instagram followers at @stormie_scottishfold and would love to have you follow along. Smudgie is the self-appointed supervisor of the group, instantly recognizable by his crisp button-down collar and a different necktie every day. He takes his role seriously, keeping his siblings in line. Seamus, our gentle giant, has two different-colored eyes, making him the perfect optical mascot—and the cuddliest one on staff.
